Thanks for signing up for Summer Strength and Conditioning. This program has been thoughtfully designed to help you become a better athlete. The training schedule has been tailored to different ability levels and goals based on the different demands of each sport or athlete. Students will be assigned by their coaches to the most appropriate sections, which will follow the schedules listed below:
Section 1: Default registration put all students into this course, they will be divided into the sections below by our coaching staff once registration closes.
Section 2 “Bigs”: Monday-Friday 7AM-9AM. Shortened session 7-8 AM Wednesdays.
Section 3 “Skills”: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8AM-10AM
Section 4 “Girls XC”: Mondays and Wednesdays 9AM-10AM
Section 5 “Boys XC”: Tuesdays and Fridays 10AM-11AM
Section 6 “Intermediate”: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10AM-Noon
Section 7 “Beginner”: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 1:30PM-3:30PM
