Summer Strength and Conditioning is off to a great start. Many athletes started training on 6/12/17 but those on vacation have been welcomed in as they arrive. This year about 300 students have signed up, including around 100 female athletes. Coaches are excited to see how this off-season work with positively impact their programs as athletes enter their seasons with better fitness and athletic ability.
Coach Eisenman, Coach Crosby, Coach D’Amico, Coach Rincon, Coach Harris and Coach Petersen have had a great time working with our student athletes. While they have been pushing the students to work hard they have also had a lot of fun. We will work to have some pictures and general updates posted throughout the summer.
A reminder of the schedule:
Section 2 “Bigs”: Monday-Friday 7AM-9AM. Shortened session 7-8 AM Wednesdays.
Section 3 “Skills”: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8AM-10AM
Section 4 “Girls XC”: Mondays and Wednesdays 9AM-10AM
Section 5 “Boys XC”: Tuesdays and Fridays 10AM-11AM
Section 6 “Intermediate”: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10AM-Noon
Section 7 “Beginner”: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 1:30PM-3:30PM
