Varsity Weight Training · Summer Conditioning Going Strong

Summer conditioning athletes have been working hard to prepare for fall sports.  Those who have challenged and held themselves accountable to being there and working hard have seen great results.  Incoming freshmen have gotten to know their teammates and coaches and will be ready to try out for their respective teams.  Female athletes know that weightlifting isn’t always about bulking up but about getting faster, stronger and more confident in their athleticism.  Returning athletes will be ready to compete for starting spots and to help their teams achieve their competitive goals.  All around it has been a positive experience for our athletes and coaches.
