IMG_9997We are at the midpoint of the season and the progression we have made thus far has been good. Practice has been solid and now that everyone knows what to expect, we should be able to turn it up a notch.

Remember that core conditioning is not an optional event. And the only way to get faster is to be at practice and in the water. We are going to start putting a limit to icing at practice as well. There is no scientific evidence that icing helps during practice. If you want to ice AFTER practice, then you should.

Family Night will be this Thursday in our dual against Muskego. It will be after diving, before warm up of the second half of the meet.  We are also looking for a couple more timers for Thursday as well – http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0e4aa4a62da46-home4

This weeks schedule:

  • Monday – Core Strength from 3:15 to 4:15. Swimming from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Diving from 6:30 to 8:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Core Strength from 3:15 to 4:15. Swimming from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Diving from 6:30 to 8:30 PM
  • Wednesday – No Core Strength. Swimming from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Diving from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Team Dinner
  • Thursday – Dual Meet home against Muskego.  Family Night at the Divign Break
  • Friday – Swimming from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Diving from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
  • Saturday – Meet at Sun Prairie. Everyone gets to swim at this Invite! Diving warm ups start at 8:15 with Diving at 9:30.  Swimming Warm ups starts at 11:30 and the Meet starts at 1:00PM.  Bus will be leaving North at 10 AM.
